Fluvanna, VA
Our client is seeking a Medical Director with preference for Internal Medicine,
Emergency Medicine, or similar specialty to join their team. In this role, you will provide
comprehensive medical care to patients, offering leadership and supervision to clinical
staff, while working collaboratively in a correctional facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Resolve complex medical issues and provide leadership to clinical staff
• Oversee medical staff meetings, peer reviews, and clinical competency
• Coordinate practitioner coverage and ensure quality care delivery
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
• $173k - $326k, plus sign-on bonus
• Up to $10k student loan repayment
• Full support staff
Requirements
• BC/BE in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Current Virginia State Medical license or willing to obtain
