Our client is seeking a Regional Medical Director with preference for Internal Medicine,
Emergency Medicine, or a similar specialty. This role involves providing comprehensive
medical care to patients while leading clinical teams in correctional facilities, requiring
strong diagnostic and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and resolve complex medical issues
• Supervise clinical staff and manage medical operations across multiple
sites
• Oversee staff meetings, peer reviews, and clinical assessments
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
• $173k - $326k compensation
• Full support staff
Requirements
• BC/BE in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Current Virginia State Medical license or willing to obtain
