As the Director of Advanced Practice, you will oversee and optimize clinical services, ensuring excellence in patient care and adherence to the highest professional standards. You will lead a team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), driving performance, innovation, and collaboration to meet the evolving needs of a personalized healthcare model.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership:
  • Direct and manage the delivery of clinical services, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor NPs and PAs, fostering accountability, professional growth, and a collaborative care environment.
  • Establish and implement clinical policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Oversight of ambulatory multi-specialty practice.
Quality and Compliance: Monitor patient outcomes, conduct audits, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Advocate for patient safety, documentation accuracy, and adherence to ethical and legal standards. Promote evidence-based practices and participation in quality improvement and research initiatives. Team Development and Collaboration: Build strong relationships within the clinical team to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency. Promote education, training, and professional development clinical staff. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the practice. Operational Oversight: Use data-driven management techniques to track performance, improve service delivery, and achieve optimal outcomes. Develop and manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to balance cost-efficiency with high-quality care. Enhance initiatives for expanding practices. Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), with demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare settings.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in an integrated, patient-centered care model.
  • Expertise in leveraging metrics and data for decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in budget development and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a passion for innovation in healthcare delivery.
  • Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Cardiac, Women's Health, or Brain Health preferred.
