We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Assistant Medical Director of Anesthesia to join our team at St. Mary's Medical Center in Langhorne, PA in Bucks County. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside a highly productive team of dedicated clinicians, surgeons, and medical professionals.

Qualifications:
- Seeking leaders with a growth mindset and a passion for excellence.
- ABA/AOBA certification and state licensing required.
- Proven ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively.
- Strong understanding of anesthesia business.

WE OFFER
Top of Market Base Salary $450K - up to $550K total comp
+ $15,000 Leadership Stipend
+ Up to $25,000 Quality
+ $75,000 Stipend for candidates providing Cardiovascular Anesthesia services (CV Fellowship trained or TEE Certified preferred)
Generous PTO: 8 weeks
