We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Associate, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The Senior Associate, HRBP will work closely with mid-level managers and business leaders to drive operational excellence in HR functions. This position plays a critical role in partnering with department heads to ensure effective labor management, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

Compensation: $115000, - $125,000
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
· 5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role.
· Ability to coach leaders on personal and team development.
· Strong prioritization and project management skills.
· Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes.
· Ability to influence and advise executive leadership on talent and employment matters.
· Proficiency in data analytics; ability to influence with data.
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
