Medical Director Opening in Florence, SC (Permanent) We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Medical Director to oversee our Onsite Services Network along with Employee Care Centers. This position, in collaboration with an administrative dyad, provides both clinical and operational leadership across service lines, including Occupational Medicine, Employee Health, Worksite Clinics, Wellness, and Employee Assistance Programs. Position Highlights: - 40% direct patient care and 60% administrative duties, staff development, and contract oversight. - Lead and inspire team members, with an emphasis on collaboration and empathy for both staff and patients. - Develop policies and guidelines to improve client and employer services. - Engage in employer relationship management and the sales process as needed. - Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM to 5 PM) with no call requirement. Qualifications: - Strong background in Occupational Health or Primary Care, with experience in Workers Compensation. - Board eligibility/certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred. - Knowledge of Workers Compensation, OSHA, DOT certification, MRO certification, and experience in drug and alcohol testing, audiometry, spirometry, immunizations, and vaccinations.
