A community health center in the Metrowest suburbs of Boston is looking for an experienced physician to serve as Medical Director. The center has three medical facilities and school-based centers and serves over 26,000 patients.

About the position:á

• The Medical Director will spend part of their time overseeing the Provider staff and maintaining a patient panel of their own.
• The Medical Director?s weekly schedule will include onsite and remote hours.
• Support staff includes Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Medical Interpreters, Front-Desk Administrators, and Community Health Workers.
• In addition to Primary Care, the clinic offers Dentistry, Optometry, Lab, Pharmacy, and Behavioral and mental Health services.
• Non-profit organization
• Certified as a patient-centered medical home by the NCQA
• NextGen EMR
• The patient population is ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus; however, it is not required as we have interpreters
• Base salary commensurate with experience plus annual incentive
