Amazing opportunity for Integrated Acute Care System Medical Director for Dignity Health System in California.

As a system medical director, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department, and as a leader within the organization. Details

  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and hospital administration
  • These sites have a combination of Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, and Critical Care and OB service lines.
  • Provide feedback to medical directors regarding KPIs including CMI, Discharge LOS, and hospital acquired infections.
  • Supervise the clinical staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
  • Represent USACS in the community and within the hospital medical staff
