Practice Highlights
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to assess and treat a diverse adult and geriatric outpatient population with a wide variety of mental health disorders, the ability to work well with a collegial multidisciplinary team and the desire to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Support: Practice includes 3 psychiatrists and 1 psychologist. Part of a multi-specialty network of 70+ Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Primary Care and Specialty Clinics. Enjoy a spacious, recently renovated clinic setting. Neighboring inpatient services at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.
Schedule: Traditional workweek, M-F 8am – 5pm with .8 FTE Clinical/.2 FTE Administrative, NO CALL.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA psychiatry residency program
- Board certification through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP) - or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure and Medical Staff privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
