Position Summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Medical Director to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington. The Medical Director is responsible for oversight of the quality of care provided to patients receiving care across the care continuum as well as providing medical leadership for clinical and business planning, medical quality assessment/assurance and continuing medical education.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State as a Physician
  • Board certification or similar accreditation
  • Credentialed to practice in MultiCare Health System facilities
  • Minimum of ten (10) years clinical experience, providing direct patient care
  • Experience in a medical leadership role required
  • Additional education in healthcare administration preferred
