Seeking full time MD/DO (FM/IM/Ped) to serve as a member of our Executive Leadership team as Medical Director.
The role involves serving as a primary care provider in a Patient Centered Medical Home for 50% of their workload and providing supervision and medical leadership for the medical provider team and Executive team 50% of the time.
Clinic is recognized by NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home with Behavioral Health Distinction, in all three clinical care delivery locations. We practice team-based care through which we provide clinical support and holistic care by providing “cradle to grave” primary care services, pediatric services, prenatal care and women’s health, Title X services, Behavioral Health, Dental, pharmacy with medication discount programs, community resource coordination, transportation support, and more.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Eligible for $10,000/year performance/metric bonus starting year 2
- Sign on/relocation bonus - $10,000
