We are seeking an experienced full time Dermatology Physician Medical Director with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in just South of Boston in Brocton, MA. Our Division of Dermatology handles a wide range of complex and routine cases, offering a variety of challenging work. Our practice is conveniently located with easy access to the highway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a clinical mentor and leader within the Division of Dermatology.
• Work with leadership to identify and achieve growth opportunities.
• Manage a wide range of complex and routine dermatological cases.
• Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain a schedule of 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day per week.
• No hospital call is required.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive starting two-year base salary guarantee, then lucrative w/RVU and quality based compensation. Sign-on and relocation bonus if applicable. Requirements:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Dermatology.
• MA Medical License, MA CSR, and Federal DEA.
• Leadership and programmatic development experience
