In addition, a wide variety of outpatient services are available, including cardiac and physical. rehabilitation; fully-staffed oncology department; 24- hour emergency care; a fully equipped laboratory; and an extensive radiology department. Opportunity:
- This position would be seeing patients in primary care settings in the clinic and overseeing approximately 50 providers in primary care, behavioral health and outpatient medicine throughout the five clinics.
- Payer mix – 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is “other”
- Age distribution – pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area
- Patients per day – Average 20-24 for full day office visits
- 28 hours direct patient care out of office, 9 hours Med Dir admin hours, 3 practice admin hours
- No call!
- Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
- To be discussed at interview
- WRVU bonus potential – paid out in salary of the following year. Once target is hit, 50%
