Facility: Hospital providing a range of healthcare services including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, maternity care, diagnostic imaging, and various specialty services. It also offers primary care and preventive services to meet the needs of the community.

Opportunity:
  • Medical Director to lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
  • Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Neonatologists
  • 24/7 on-call coverage -- round and go model with call from home
  • Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circumcisions
  • Pediatric Consultations: Provide expert Pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a team of Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices.
  • Knowledge Exchange: Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.
