Associate Clinical Director - Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Glendale, AZ

Salary: $95,000-$105,000 per year, plus a quarterly bonus up to $3000

Job Description:

Relaitus Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Glendale, Arizona. The Associate Clinical Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our ABA therapy center, and field BCBA's ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.

2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.

3. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans as needed.

4. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

5. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate care and promote generalization of skills.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

7. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and staff training.

8. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

2. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Prefer 2-3

4. Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

6. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and supervising clinical staff.

7. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
