We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Case Management to lead and manage our Case Management department. The Director will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing the departmental budget, planning educational activities, and ensuring the effective delivery of Case Management services. The role involves integrating the department's patient care and discharge planning processes with related departments and external agencies, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and patient care quality standards set by regulatory bodies.

Compensation: $190,000

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Case Management leadership experience.

• New State Registered Nurse License required.
