Overview:

• Lead a new, multi-care health center providing care to federally recognized tribes in Southwest Oregon
• Position will start as Medical Director, with the goal of becoming Chief Clinical/Medical Officer in the next 18-24 months
• Plans underway for 2 additional sites in the next 2 years
• Incoming physician will see patients 3-4 days per week and have 1-2 dedicated administrative days
• Dedicated scribes do all charting
• Clinic operates Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm, and Saturday 7am – 12pm
• Diverse panel of patients, ranging from children to elderly
• Primary focus on patients, NOT Volume – Holistic approach to care
• Tribal health is all about relationships, serving the community
• Support staff to include 3 APPs, Dedicated MAs, Care Concierge, and clinical coordinator
• In house service lines include Primary care, Dental, and Behavioral Health

Compensation:

• 325K Salary
• 3 percent annual raise
• 20K Relocation (reimbursed with receipts)
• Loan Assistance
• Accrued PTO model – 11 days per year through 3 years
• 8 national holidays
• 8 additional recognized holidays – Clinic open, OT paid if provider works on these days
• Client will be flexible as possible with schedule to allow for extended time off, etc
• 5 Days CME with 3,500 allowance
