Opportunity Details

This position is 100% on site. No remote option.

  • Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR operational plans.
  • Develop succession planning strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within the organization for positions of responsibility.
  • Develop progressive and proactive compensation programs; continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
  • Develop performance management and evaluation systems and processes across all departments and locations.
  • Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization.
  • Manage the Human Resource Information Systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function.
  • Coordinate the activities, programs and strategic HR plans of Site HR Departments throughout the organization.
  • Provide HR metrics and reporting for Senior Leadership and our Board.
  • Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys and follow-up.
  • Provide technical advice and knowledge to others within the Human Resources discipline.
  • Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organization’s diversity goals.
  • Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company’s diversity goals.
  • Collects and analyzes statistical data to evaluate the company’s population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.
  • Drafts and implements recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develops and/or acquires training and development to aid diversity and retention initiatives.
  • Maintains knowledge and acts as company liaison with government agencies concerning affirmative action, diversity-related issues, legislation, and equal employment opportunities.
  • Provides training and policy updates to colleagues, ensuring legal compliance of management and Human Resources staff.

Qualifications

  • Masters' Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Hospital/healthcare experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated performance management and leadership competencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication competencies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
