A community health center west of Boston has an opening for an experienced Physician to serve as Medical Director. We have 3 medical facilities as well as school-based centers serving over 26,000 patients.

About the position:

• The Medical Director will spend part of their time overseeing the Provider staff as well as maintaining a patient panel of their own.
• The Medical Director?s weekly schedule will include onsite and remote hours.
• Brand new office with 15 exam rooms and a total of 11 Providers
• Support staff includes Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Medical Interpreters, Front-Desk Administrators, and Community Health Workers.
• In addition to Primary Care, our clinic also offers the following services: Dentistry, Optometry, Lab, Pharmacy, and Behavioral & Mental Health.
• Non-profit organization
• Certified as a patient-centered medical home by the NCQA
• NextGen EMR
• Our patient population is ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, however not required as we have interpreters
• Base salary commensurate with experience plus annual incentive
