In this pivotal role as the Clinic Director you will play a key part in enhancing clinical operations, optimizing provider workflow, improving patient satisfaction, and ensuring financial success. The Clinical Director will not only provide direct clinical care but also offer administrative supervision.

To qualify, candidates must be graduates of accredited medical schools with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care efficiently

Comfort and familiarity with providing care to underserved populations with complex needs

Relevant business experience, particularly in large health center settings or private practices as a Director or Associate Director

Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, retention, and discipline of clinical providers and staff

Knowledge of compliance issues within their specific clinical expertise

Experience supervising advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs)

Demonstrated ability to contribute to and develop departmental strategic goals

A focus on nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration

Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with clinical and administrative staff, patients, and external partners

Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data for evidence-based decision-making

Experience contributing to enterprise-level projects

Skill with electronic health record systems

Initiative, judgment, and discretion to help achieve organizational objectives

A problem-solving attitude and accountability

Alignment with the organizational mission and demonstration of Core Values and Permission to Play Values
