A federally qualified health center in central Connecticut is adding a Clinical Director of Adult Medicine. We provide care to nearly 17,000 patients
About the Opportunity:
- Oversee a staff of 40 employees, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Specialists, Nurse Manager, and Practice Manager
- 50% administrative and 50% Clinical
- Total outpatient
- Monday-Friday work week. No evening or weekend office hours
- Providing care to a diverse, underserved patient population
- The average daily patient census is 13-16
- Call 1:12
- NextGen EMR
- 1:1 ratio MA to physician
Financial Package:
- Base salary plus annual bonuses
