A federally qualified health center in central Connecticut is adding a Clinical Director of Adult Medicine. We provide care to nearly 17,000 patients


About the Opportunity:

  • Oversee a staff of 40 employees, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Specialists, Nurse Manager, and Practice Manager
  • 50% administrative and 50% Clinical
  • Total outpatient
  • Monday-Friday work week. No evening or weekend office hours
  • Providing care to a diverse, underserved patient population
  • The average daily patient census is 13-16
  • Call 1:12
  • NextGen EMR
  • 1:1 ratio MA to physician

Financial Package:

  • Base salary plus annual bonuses
