- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 2, and PEDs level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 10-14 patients per shift. A Maternal-Fetal Medicine provider is needed for multiple dates from July through December, covering hospital consults and clinic work one day a week, followed by 2-3 patient-facing 8-hour shifts per week. The provider must be able to read ultrasounds and will focus on consultative high-risk pregnancy care, with no deliveries, surgeries, or procedures required. The facility has experienced genetic counselors and sonographers on-site. Patients range in age from teens to 50 years old. The department includes a 70-bed NICU, a birth center with 45 inpatient beds, 4 OBED beds, 3 OR suites, a neonatal stabilization room, and a 4-bed newborn observation nursery.

Job Responsibilities
- Interpret ultrasounds and collaborate with experienced genetic counselors and sonographers
- Manage patient care without performing deliveries, surgeries, or procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret ultrasounds
- Experience in managing high-risk pregnancies in a consultative role
Working Hours
- Two to three 8-hour patient-facing shifts per week
- Coverage needed on various dates from July through December
