Our client in Ada County, ID is in need of a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a locum assignment!
Job details:
- Dates needed for coverage: June 9-22, July 12-21, August 3-10, August 24-31
- Weekend and weeknight call required over all dates
- Clinic: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
- Weekend Call: Friday 5p - Monday 8a
- Please make sure you have the following items readily available.
- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certs
- All medical licenses
- Current and previous certificates of insurance
- Driver’s license
- Professional color photo/headshot
- CMEs for the past 2 years
- Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
- References
- Case logs
Job Requirements:
- ID license - Highly Preferred
- Board Certified - Required
- ID DEA and CSR - Required
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Must meet perm rate cap of $25k
