Academic Maternal Fetal Medicine
Boston, MA
MFM Position Highlights:
- Join a well-established team of 6 MFMs
- Ambulatory Clinic including consultations and prenatal care, ATU Ultrasound & Inpatient Coverage
- Average only 6-7 Patients per Session
- Work-Life Balance: 4-Day Work Week Schedule Available!
- Deliveries Not Required – No Delivery Call!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Relocation assistance: up to $10k
- Student loan repayment: no
- CME allowance: $2,000/year for 1.00 FTE
- Retirement/pension vehicles and contribution: 403(b)
- Vacation/PTO/CME policies: 27 PTO days/year (8 hr. day)/12 sick days/8 Holidays
- Malpractice coverage details: Employed physicians and all other employees have limits of $2,000,000 per claim subject to an annual aggregate of $6,000,000.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and have or be eligible to obtain a Massachusetts Medical License
Must be able to obtain an MA State license
Applicants must be board certified or be an active candidate for board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Demonstrated commitment to obstetrics education, health equity, and quality improvement
Fluency in Spanish, or languages other than English, is highly desirable but not required
