Medical Director Opportunity in Ohio

Practice Setting:

• Full-time, employed position at a free-standing academic children's hospital
• Oversee growth of MFM department and expansion of services throughout Eastern Ohio
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to provide clinical care
• State-of-the-art facilities, including modern clinics and resources
  • Level III NICU
  • Approximately 5000 deliveries per year - we provide all MFM support

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday schedule
  • Shared call rotation
  • Budgeted administrative responsibilities include 0.2 FTE dedicated to leadership and strategic planning

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience
• $20,000 annual Division Director stipend
• $15,000 potential value-based incentive

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Academic rank of Associate Professor or higher
