is actively seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director to lead and expand our growing team in Central Pennsylvania. This is a unique opportunity that combines clinical practice and academic leadership, including teaching opportunities within our established MFM fellowship program. The role involves leadership responsibilities with the potential for rapid practice growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Women’s Health Service Line leadership to achieve system-wide goals and initiatives.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in MFM services.
  • Oversee quality measures, patient experience, and outcomes for the MFM program.
  • Act as a liaison between the MFM service and other clinical departments.
  • Work with nursing and other areas of the health system to meet goals and ensure system integration.
  • Lead efforts to improve department productivity and financial performance.
  • Provide academic leadership in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine.

Requirements
