Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a 600+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Fellowship Trained, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Provider to join a well-established practice of 2 MFM physicians, 1 genetic counselor and 5 sonographers treating patients in the clinical setting in both Boise & Nampa.
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Rounds are multidisciplinary in nature and attended by MFM, 24-hour OB Hospitalists, L&D unit coordinator, L&D Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, nurses, pharmacists, social worker, case manager and often both nursing and pharmacy students.
Supported by
Typical M-F 8am-5pm work week with 32 patient facing hours per week. Consultative call including weekends (1:2 - 1:3 or equally shared among the provider group), no in house calls, no deliveries (unless desired). We would also be open to considering a part-time provider if desired.

Requirements

- Level III+ NICU provides 24-hr comprehensive specialty care for premature and high-risk infants delivered at SARMC or transported to SARMC NICU, as well as the sickest of full-term infants.
- On-site Pediatric Gastroenterology, 24-hr Anesthesia, Radiology and Emergency Medicine coverage.
- On-campus OB/GYN clinic with 20 providers and community network of employed and allied primary & specialty care clinics.
- Viewpoint Perinatal Ultrasound and EPIC EMR

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA OBGYN Residency and Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship;
- Board Certification, or obtain certification within 3 years of employment;
- Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC-Boise and SAMC-Nampa;
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
