We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Locums Radiology-Diagnostic/Mammography Physician to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL. The ideal candidate be available for 20 days per month. This position requires travel within the Advent network to various sites with mammography needs.
The Locums Radiology-Diagnostic/Mammography Physician will perform all Breast Care Center procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic and screening mammograms. The physician will manage an average daily volume of 15-20 mammograms, with a workload distribution of 30% diagnostic and 70% screening. They will maintain an RVU expectation of 8 RVU per hour and collaborate with the on-site IR Radiologist and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Fellowship trained in Breast Imaging.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.
- Must hold MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) certification.
- Active Florida Medical License and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration.
