  • Full time M-F 8:30 - 4:30 8 weeks
  • 15 patients per day for the full gamet of student population
  • EMR/EHR system: Medicat - Similar to EPIC
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • BLS
  • Wisconsin License
  • DEA
  • Family Medicine Board Certification
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)
