Practice Setting

• Premier not-for-profit multispecialty organization serving the community for over 100 years
• 100% outpatient primary care - no nights, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities
• Positions available at multiple clinic sites across Albuquerque
• Select locations are J1 visa eligible; all positions are H1B cap-exempt (with green card assistance available)
  • Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine by start date

Schedule

• Choose a 4- or 5-day work week
  • Includes 6 hours of protected administrative time weekly
  • No hospital call or inpatient coverage
  • Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling options

Compensation and Benefits

• Total earning potential over $300,000 with a $42,000 signing bonus
• Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
• Malpractice coverage with paid tail, 403(b) with employer match, and CME allowance
• 7 weeks of PTO and full reimbursement for NM license, DEA, and CSR fees
