**Internal Medicine opening in Washington** Located in Pullman, WA 70 miles to Spokane, WA Full-time, permanent placement A renowned nonprofit critical access hospital, located conveniently on the hospital campus. Our clinic is equipped with on-site lab and X-ray services, enhancing the quality of care we provide. This role offers a hybrid practice opportunity, combining both clinic and inpatient shifts, and includes established partnerships with internal medicine residencies, plus an on-campus family medicine residency program Our excellent compensation package includes: $270,000 Guarantee Salary range with production $270,000 - $350,000 annually 20,000 quality incentive bonus Commitment incentive Relocation stipend Retention incentive over 5 years CME Stipend 401K Match Health and dental benefits Full-time: 32 hours per week, 4 days per week. 184 days/year, 46 weeks/year Call obligation 1 night/week and every 4th weekend. Clinic Hours: 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday for primary care, walk in clinic opened 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9 am to 3:30 pm Our ideal candidates for both the Family Medicine and Internal Medicine position is an experienced physician with more than three years of experience.
