Privately owned, primary care practice in the suburbs of Atlanta seeks two more Primary Care Physicians. The group specializes in out-patient Internal Medicine Primary Care and Family Medicine. Work schedule is Monday – Friday (4.5 day work week – off on weekends and major holidays). The practice consists mostly of middle aged privately insured patients. The practice provides comprehensive internal medicine services and preventive care including onsite, major diagnostic testing which includes comprehensive blood work, electrocardiograms, spirometry, major radiologic and cardiovascular sonograms, home sleep studies and ankle – brachial index measurement.

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. On average, expect to see two new patients per hour or three established patients per hour (Physician can arrange their own schedule). Call is exceptionally light, phone calls only. Nearby hospitals are Emory Johns Creek & St. Josephs hospitals, Northside hospitals (Duluth, Cumming, Lawrenceville), Northeast Georgia Medical Center. The group utilizes hospitalist services for hospital admissions when needed. The office is 100% computerized and uses E-clinicalwork for electronic health records (utilize electronic messaging and patient portal) & Dragon transcription – physicians need to be computer savvy and embrace EMR system. Work with an excellent team of receptionists, schedulers, Medical Assistants, Nurses, medical billing service and in-house billers, administrative and medical support staff. Employed position offering a base salary 220-250k depending on experience plus productivity incentives. Potential income is greater than 350k after 2nd year.
