**Internal Medicine opening in Connecticut - J1 eligible**_x000D_ _x000D_ * Location: Willimantic, CT_x000D_ * Full-time, permanent opening_x000D_ * Seeking **Family Medicine** or **Internal Medicine** physician_x000D_ * Spanish Required_x000D_ * Starting salary of $200K, plus productivity bonuses ($10K -12K) _x000D_ * Relocation assist of up to $3,300_x000D_ * BC/BE (truly BE); If BE, Provider must complete BC within 9 months of hire._x000D_ * Current CT licensed Preferred_x000D_ * Non-profit regional Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served eastern Connecticut since 1984_x000D_ * Our healthcare professionals provide a full continuum of primary health care, oral health care, behavioral health care, and case management services, primarily to a medically underserved population_x000D_ _x000D_ **Job Responsibilities:**_x000D_ _x000D_ As a Physician, you will provide a full range of primary care services: from physical exams and therapeutic and surgical procedures, to patient education, ensuring continuity of care.
