Job Responsibilities
Performing patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic test interpretation.
Diagnosing and managing acute/chronic conditions, developing treatment plans with physicians.
Prescribing medications/therapies within scope and regulations.
Conducting minor procedures (e.g., suturing, injections) and assisting in specialty interventions.
Educating patients on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Documenting encounters accurately in EMR, ensuring compliance.
Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize care.
Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans, and participating in quality improvement.

Qualifications
✅ 1-3 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with healthcare teams and families
