Perm Primary Care - MI

Our client in Saginaw County, MI is in need of a Primary Care Physician for a full-time assignment!

Job details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift times: Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Many practice sites designated patient-centered medical homes, some with CPC+ status
• Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays
• Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only)
• Outpatient practice settings with a robust employed hospitalist program in place

Job Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (for 2024 start) or Family Medicine (for 2025 start) - REQUIRED
• MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
