CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our beautiful and growing Sun City, Arizona center!

Humana’s Primary Care Organization is the largest and fastest growing value-based care, senior-focused primary care network in the country. We currently operate approximately 340 centers across 15 states under two brands: CenterWell Senior Primary Care & Conviva Senior Primary Care.

Annual, total compensation package (base pay + bonus incentive earning potential) could exceed $300K, depending on experience.
