A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group with over 40 years of service is seeking Internal Medicine physicians to join its expanding team. The group includes 44 providers across multiple office locations in the San Francisco East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento areas.

Position Highlights:

• Join a growing Internal Medicine department with 8 physicians, looking to add 10 more
• 100% outpatient only – no inpatient duties
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Multiple locations available to suit provider preference
• Not accepting 2026 residents currently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Negotiable base salary (starting around $300,000)
• $100,000 loan repayment
