Seeking a BE/BC Hospitalist looking for a unique leadership role in a specialized care setting. Join a premier Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility, providing high-quality care to medically complex patients in a state-of-the-art environment. Located in a vibrant North Carolina city, this opportunity offers a low cost of living, a mild year-round climate, and easy access to both the coast and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Base is $310,000 with quarterly incentive bonuses. Work a minimum of 15 12-hour shifts per month, anything over that is paid at $1,800 per shift. Total earnings could exceed $550,000+. Shift Schedule: Structured hospitalist schedule in an LTAC setting. 403(b) match & 457(b) retirement plans. Paid Malpractice Insurance. Health, vision, and dental coverage.
