The Internal Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions while focusing on disease prevention and health promotion. Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients
- Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and preventative care
- Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists
- Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
- Educate patients on wellness and disease prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in Illinois
