Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a successful, well established practice in a central North Dakota community of 25,000.Incoming physician will be joining 3 physicians and 1 APP. Considering practicing physicians and graduating residents for this outpatient only position.

Minimum compensation of $300,000 for the first two years of the employment. Retention incentive of $200,000 to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Site includes infusion center, lab/radiology, Mobile MRI, and CT Scanner. Same Day Surgery Center with 2 in house general surgeons and visiting orthopedic surgeons. Visiting specialties include: Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Pediatric Cardiology. Full benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. WRVU production incentives. CME time and money available.
