Primary Care Physician – South Central Vermont

COMPENSATION: $250,000 Base + RVU

Potential up to $400,000 + Outstanding benefits

This southern Vermont practice uniquely provides the community with access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Care Management services for the whole family. Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education.
We are a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in our community (central Vermont).

Role
• Market leading compensation: Base $250k + RVU
• Move to production model after 18 months – Some PCP’s making upwards to $400k
• M-F 8a-5p
• Can work a 4-day week or a 5-day week
• No hospital rotation
• Call: 2-3 weeks out of the year
• Average 16-22 patients a day
• ** Will hire a 2025 resident **

  • Board Certified /Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Clear/ Active Medical License in VT
  • Active DEA License
