The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, & Palliative Care is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their growing division. The ideal candidate will be a patient-centered, compassionate team player with a desire to provide the highest quality of care to our community and to support our next generation of physician learners. As an MUSC faculty member, you will have access to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, advanced technologies, and direct support from resources such as the divisions section on Health Services Research and Policy.

The Division of General Internal Medicine faculty members are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to a large and diverse patient population. They play a major role in education and training of the next generation of Internal Medicine physician residents and model high value evidence-based care across all clinical venues. The Division’s teaching excellence is well established, and it is frequently named the Department of Medicine Division of the Year by the Internal Medicine residents. The practice is Patient Centered Medical Home and participates in an ACO.

As an MUSC GIM faculty member, you will have access to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, advanced technologies, and direct support from resources such as the Section on Health Services Research and Policy.
