Requirements:
• Active CA License
• BC/BE (If BE: must be 5 yrs or less since residency)
• BLS
• DEA
• 2022-2023 Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray (results must be within 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer/Complete Immunization Series, etc.
