Responsibilities

  • Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Manage a patient panel of 500-600 individuals
  • Average of 10-12 patient visits per day
  • Provide care in a newly built, state-of-the-art clinic
  • Utilize an advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system
  • 100% outpatient care
  • Call schedule: Based on the number of physicians in the market (e.g., 1:20 for 20 physicians)

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. graduates
  • Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
  • Residents welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in in-office medical procedures, including:
    • Suturing for minor wound closures
    • Joint injections for pain management
    • Skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes
    • Comprehensive wound care
  • Experience with preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality primary care and addressing both medical and social needs
  • Ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
