Oceanfront Medical Group is seeking board-certified physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine to provide virtual consults for our men’s health telemedicine platform. About the Role

This remote position is flexible (part-time or full-time) and allows you to practice from anywhere while providing high-quality, patient-centered virtual care.

📌 Fully remote, telemedicine-based role
📌 Flexible hours: 15-20 hours per week (with options for more)
📌 Consistent availability required for scheduled patient consults
📌 Consult with motivated patients across all 50 states
📌 Asynchronous & synchronous telehealth visits

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Conduct virtual consultations, assess patient history, and provide evidence-based treatment plans
🔹 Prescribe and manage both controlled and non-controlled TRT treatments, as well as other men’s health therapies
🔹 Interpret lab results and adjust medications accordingly
🔹 Collaborate with the clinical operations team to enhance patient care outcomes
🔹 Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

Qualifications (Must-Have)

MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licenses a plus)
Valid DEA license (for prescribing controlled TRT treatments)
✔ Minimum 5 years post-residency clinical experience
Reliable weekly availability to ensure patient continuity of care
Technical literacy – Must be comfortable using a laptop, EMR systems, and conducting video consultations
✔ Secure, HIPAA-compliant work environment with a strong, stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
Telemedicine experience preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
Order lab tests and interpret the test results.
Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
Obtains histories, conducts virtual visits, documents findings, evaluates and diagnoses medical conditions, recommends treatment plans, and constructs care plans through shared decision-making with patients.
Build trust with patients by delivering empathetic care that balances evidence-based care, patient preferences and values, and invests in long-term patient outcomes.
Conduct follow-up visits, adjusting medications based on efficacy, safety, and side effects.
Work collaboratively with the clinical operations team and fellow clinicians to deliver multidisciplinary, integrated care.

Qualifications

Qualifications (Must-Have)

✔ MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
✔ Active, Current state medical license/s
✔ Valid DEA license (for prescribing controlled TRT treatments)
✔ Minimum 5 years post-residency clinical experience
✔3 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor
✔Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (essential)
✔ Reliable weekly availability to ensure patient continuity of care
✔ Technical literacy – Must be comfortable using a laptop, EMR systems, and conducting video consultations
✔Experience and comfort with conducting telehealth visits
✔Superb organizational and time management skills
✔Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
✔ Secure, HIPAA-compliant work environment with a strong, stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)

Working Hours

Ability to work 15 -20 hours/week

Experience working in primary care, primary care men’s health and/ or telemedicine
Experience working in a remote telehealth environment
