We are searching for physicians interested in overseeing patients on a virtual platform, utilizing APP’s to enhances patient outcomes through innovative telehealth solutions. We are searching for physicians to collaborate with APP’s to interact with patients to provide compassionate and personalized virtual care. Our goal is to deliver efficient and effective healthcare services remotely. We specialize in supporting patients in senior care facilities and those transitioning home after discharge, aiming to reduce readmissions and promote better health management.
In this role, you will conduct virtual consultations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for our patients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while making a significant impact on patient health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients using our telehealth platform.
- Formulate and implement treatment plans for non-emergency conditions such as common colds, flu, ear infections, urinary tract infections, allergies, and rashes.
- Prescribe medications and guide usage and potential side effects.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and proper use of prescribed treatments.
Qualifications:
- Active medical license in Colorado, Virginia, Washington D.C., or Maryland.
- Experience in telemedicine or virtual care is preferred.
- Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic medical records.
- Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions in a virtual environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
