Job Description:

• Our Primary Care office services adults including diagnosis of medical problems, chronic disease, and comprehensive care for adult patients with multiple medical concerns
• Office is open Monday – Friday, 8-5pm. Team offers flexible schedule to meet Physician needs. No weekends or holidays.
• Call is every 6th week from Monday-Monday (phone calls only)
• Physician has the option to do a full clinical Primary Care FTE or include precepting time with our Academic IM Residency that is attached
• The Primary Care office offers convenient on-site access to several services that are in the same facility including Lab, Imaging, Geriatrics, Pharmacy and Urgent Care
  
• Very close knit and collaborative office with a supportive environment
• Open to experienced Board Certified provider or TRULY Board Eligible recent graduates
  
• If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible
• Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
• Not accepting Locums candidates
  
• Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers
