A distinguished Medical Hospital known for its commitment to quality patient care in Arizona, is seeking a qualified and passionate Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team!

Pay: $200,000 - $260,000/annual (contingent on experience)

Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Direct-hire position
• Schedule: 40 hours/week
• Setting: Hospital

Internal Medicine Physician Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care by delivering culturally competent services to families, diagnosing conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizing tests, interpreting results, and reviewing patient histories to accurately diagnose and prescribe effective treatments
• Manage patient care through routine check-ups, surgery, and procedures, while ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with specialists for additional diagnostics or treatment
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and payer requirements, while fostering effective communication with patients and their families
• Supervise and mentor medical staff, including medical assistants, students, and residents, while ensuring smooth clinical operations and high-quality service delivery

Internal Medicine Physician Qualifications:

• Required | Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Required | Completion of an approved Family Medicine residency program
• Current/Active State of Arizona license to practice medicine (If licensed in other states, must possess AZ license within 1 year of hire)
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or ability to obtain certification within 2 years of hire
• Current/Eligible for Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
• Internal Medicine Physician experience preferred
