Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is hiring for an Internal Medicine Physician with AAHIVM certification to join our primary care team at our Hillcrest clinic.

FHCSD is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, well trained 200+ provider group dedicated to providing health care services to everyone with a particular emphasis on the medically underserved.

Position details:

• Full time
• Location: Hillcrest
• AAHIVM certification required
• Demonstrated experience with providing gender affirming care required

Position Requirements:

• Board certified or Board eligible in a Primary Care field
• Experience with underserved, low-income persons, or homeless persons preferred
• Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse social, cultural and economic groups
• Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, or Advance Resuscitation Training.
• DEA license
• Graduate from an accredited school of medicine.
• Must possess current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• AAHIVM certification required
• Experience and additional training in providing gender affirming care required
