Hospital - Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Opportunity
Key Highlights:
- Opportunity: Provide comprehensive outpatient care for medically complex patients.
Practice Details:
- Join a team of:
- 1 Internist
- 2 Family Medicine physicians (1 nearing retirement)
- 1 Nurse Practitioner
- 1 Physician Assistant
- Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day:
- 35% Adult
- 60% Geriatric
- 5% Pediatric (18+ years)
- Schedule: 4-day work week with one set day off.
- Call Rotation: Shared with peers (1:5); minimal hospital call due to a 24/7 Hospitalist Program.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $265,000–$305,000 (based on experience and scope of practice).
- Incentives: wRVU productivity bonus.

Facility and Resources:
- Clinic Setup:
- Dedicated office and two exam rooms per provider.
- Electronic Medical Records: Athena.
- Hospital Features:
- 49 licensed beds with a 6-bed ICU and 6 Labor & Delivery Recovery Rooms.
- 4 operating rooms and 12 treatment rooms in the Emergency Department.
- Level 1 Nursery with C-Section suite.
- Advanced imaging and diagnostic equipment:
- GE 450 Wide Bore MRI, two 64-slice CTs, 3-D Tomosynthesis mammography.
- DXA bone densitometry, PET/CT, nuclear medicine.
- On-site 24/7 services:
- Laboratory (1–1.5-hour turnaround).
- EMS and Hospitalists.
- Trauma Level IV designation; proximity to a Trauma II facility (50 minutes by ground, 15 minutes by air).
